The 19-year-old rookie forward deflected in a sick Clayton Keller sauce pass for the 1st game winner of his young career. ‘Yotes netminder Connor Ingram made 26 saves for his 2nd shutout of the season, improving to 11-3-0 with a .930 save percentage. 🎶 Pavel Buchnevich scores early in overtime, Blues beat the Golden Knights 2-1. Buchnevich, a former 3rd round pick of the Rangers, wasted no time beating Golden Knights’ Logan Thompson in tight just 38 seconds into the extra period for his team-leading 9th goal of the season. Russian-native Alexey Toropchenko scored his 5th of the season late in the 1st period and Jordan Binnington made 33 saves as the Blues improved to 13-10-1 on the season, sitting 1 point back from the Arizona Coyotes for 4th place in the competitive Central Division. ⚡️ Andrei Vasilevskiy makes 25 saves, Lightning blank Stars 4-0. The 29-year-old netminder pitched his 1st shutout in just his fifth game back from injury this season. Nikita Kucherov, the NHL’s leader in points, extended his point streak to 10 games with a turnaround goal midway through the 1st before collecting an assist on Anthony Cirelli’s 1st period tally. Luke Glendening and Cirelli added goals in the 3rd. Victor Hedman, the Lightning’s 2nd overall pick in 2009 picked up a +1 and some silver sticks to commemorate his 1,000th NHL game. Read more →
