The young phenom scored twice and had a silky primary assist on Tyler Johnson’s goal in the 1st period before setting up Corey Perry’s power play tip-in early in the 2nd. At 18 years and 115 days, Connor Bedard is the 3rd youngest player in NHL history to record a 4-point night. 🚨 Oliver Bjorkstrand scores 2nd goal with 32 seconds remaining, Kraken down Avalanche 4-3. The 28-year-old forward sniped his 1st of the night less than five minutes into the 2nd to give the Kraken a 2-0 lead before burying a Eeli Tolvanen rebound with just 32 seconds left in the 3rd to break a 3-3 tie. Jaden Schwartz scored his team-leading 7th goal of the season late in the 1st and Matty Beniers scored his 1st of the season midway through the 2nd as defensemen Vince Dunn and Adam Larsson each collected two assists in the Kraken win. The Massachusetts native assisted on Trent Frederic’s 1st period tally, before snapping home a Pavel Zacha feed on the power play six minutes into the 2nd, burying a Kevin Shattenkirk feed midway through the 3rd, and tipping-in a David Pastrnak pass on the empty net to secure his first hat trick in his 798th career game.
