The five-time All-Star setup Clayton Keller’s opening goal just over two minutes into the first half of the All-Star game finale before scoring an absolute beauty six minutes later and adding his 2nd goal of the game five minutes into the 2nd half, one-timing a Keller feed to the top right corner. Commissioner Gary Bettman announced NHL players will participate in the 2026 and 2030 Winter Olympics, plus the league will hold the 2025 NHL 4 Nations Face-Off instead of the All-Star Game next season, with Canada, Finland, Sweden and the United States competing in one Canadian and one U.S. city from February 12-20. The NHL will hold an All-Star Game in 2026 to send off NHL players to the Olympics in Milan, with the plan to alternate the World Cup of Hockey and the Olympics every two years afterward. 🛩️ Winnipeg Jets acquire Sean Monahan from Montreal Canadiens. The Jets sent the Canadiens a 2024 first-round pick and a conditional pick — the Habs will receive a third-round pick in 2027 if Winnipeg wins the Stanley Cup — for the 29-year-old center. Monahan has 13 goals and 35 points in 49 games this season and the pending unrestricted free agent carries a $1.985 million cap hit.
